Fee Regulations & Administrative Guidelines

DR. K.N. Modi Global School – Commitment to Transparency & Accountability


1. Fee Payment
All school fees must be deposited exclusively at YES BANK, Modinagar Branch, as per the schedule communicated by the school. Timely payment of dues is essential for the continued enrollment of the student.

2. Non-Payment of Fees
In case of non-payment of fees for a continuous period of three months, the name of the student will be struck off the school register without further notice. Re-admission, if granted, will be subject to availability and applicable charges.

3. Withdrawal Policy
Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw their ward from the school must submit a written notice at least one month in advance. In the absence of such notice, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu thereof.

4. No Fee Deductions for Absence
No deductions will be made in school fees for absence during holidays or for partial attendance during any given month or term.

5. Loss of Fee Booklet or Almanac
If the Fee Booklet or Almanac lost or misplaced, a written application must be submitted to the school office before a replacement is issued. 
       Replacement Fee Booklet: Rs.50/-
       Replacement Almanac: Rs.100/-

6. Identity Cards
Students must keep their Identity Cards safe throughout the academic year, as they will not be reissued under any circumstances during the same session. Loss of the ID card may cause inconvenience in participation in school activities and access to school facilities.
